Naqi Exhibition Wins Distinguished Honor—- Recognized as Best Exhibition Service Provider for Malaysia Pavilion at CIIE 2025

The 8th China International Import Expo (CIIE) concluded successfully in Shanghai from November 5 to 10, 2025. As the official construction and operation service provider for the Malaysia Pavilion at CIIE 2025, Naqi Exhibition delivered comprehensive services with professional expertise and was awarded Best Exhibition Service Provider for the Malaysia Pavilion (CIIE 2025), earning wide acclaim for its craftsmanship and dedication.

Aligned with the theme of the 50th Anniversary of China-Malaysia Diplomatic Relations, Naqi integrated the color palette of Malaysia’s national flag and traditional cultural patterns to create a distinctive exhibition area of approximately 2,500 square meters, fully meeting the display requirements of more than 250 exhibitors. During construction, the project strictly adhered to CIIE standards, efficiently completing modular prefabrication and compliance inspections, balancing aesthetic design and practical functionality while upholding green and low-carbon principles. Throughout the event, a dedicated on-site team provided full-process support, including exhibitor coordination, equipment commissioning, emergency response, and concurrent event management, ensuring smooth venue operations and the achievement of trade cooperation targets.

The Naqi team effectively overcame challenges including transoceanic logistics and overseas construction regulations, completing material prefabrication and compliance inspections in advance, and realizing seamless coordination between headquarters planning and on-site execution. Eco-friendly and recyclable materials were adopted to fulfill sustainability commitments, with the pavilion delivered on schedule and to the highest quality standards. During the expo, Naqi provided end-to-end operational services covering staff training, visitor flow optimization, equipment maintenance, and emergency management, supporting the successful delivery of key activities such as new product launches and celebrity appearances. These efforts helped the Dreame booth attract extensive audience and media attention, resulting in numerous cooperation intentions.
